Please note that every textfile you submit will become part of TheLushed.com. You agree you are not submitting a textfile that is illegal, and that textfile is yours to submit. (You didn't steal it from another website, or a print source such as a magazine.)

• constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party; or
• contains information, material, or pictures of any person who is not both older than eighteen years old and over the age of majority in such person's state, providence, or country of residence.
